Mac users: Not sure which one? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says “Apple M1” (or M2, M3, M4), choose Apple Silicon; if it says “Intel”, choose Intel.
After downloading, open the .dmg file. macOS may warn that the app was downloaded outside the App Store. If so, right-click the app, choose Open, then click Open again on the confirmation. You may need to launch it a second time after approving it.
