This website does not collect personal information. It does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not track visitors in any way. When you download a Navicert update or the remote support tool, our web server records only the standard technical log entries needed to operate the site.
Support sessions, email and phone
Information you share with us during a remote support session, by email, or by phone is used only to provide the support you asked for. It is kept private and is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Remote support sessions begin only when you download and run the support tool and accept the connection; we cannot connect to your computer without your action.
Your practice's data
CBS Navicert runs on your own computers. Patient records, billing information, and appointment data belong to your practice and stay on your systems. Complete Billing Systems does not collect, store, or have ongoing access to that information. When you ask us for support, we may briefly see your data on screen in order to help you; we treat any such information as confidential, in keeping with our obligations under Saskatchewan's Health Information Protection Act (HIPA).
